I called them and literally within 20 minutes someone was at my house I have never used this company before. Show him the issue said no problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. I was helped by Jose. He was very polite friendly and wasted no time getting the job done. Won't be using any other company in the future.

Ran into an issue with a recently purchased home and needed to turn off the water coming into the home. Being new to the area I found General on line along with their positive reviews. Called them and they had someone out within a couple of hours and within 40 minutes problem resolved and water back on! Super service and great to deal with. The tech was professional and pleasant. I won't hesitate to call next time I run into an issue.
We have been using General Plumbing for many years and we're never disappointed. We recently renovated the Master Bathroom. Phil gave us great advice about picking fixtures (faucets, shower heads, etc) and did excellent work even when the unexpected happened (not surprising in an 18 year old house). The project came in on time and within the estimate! Customer service is excellent as well!
Absolutely the best AC company I have ever dealt with. Amy and Tracy went above and beyond with their excellent customer service skills. Both were professional and personable. Actual work was performed by Lennie who was also amazingly knowledgeable as well as professional. Lennie not only did an excellent job installing a new unit for an 85 year old bedridden woman but also took the time to explain the process to her in the most patient manner possible. I highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing and AC needs.
