After having one bathroom vanity butchered by another plumbing company installing a vessel sink I chose General Plumbing & Air Conditioning to set up the vessel sink in my second bathroom remodel. I called to schedule an appointment and within 2 days Andrew S came out and without one single problem and no sawing, installed my vessel sink. I would highly recommend this company. Their pricing is very reasonable and Andrew's professionalism was refreshing. I will be using them again in the future and if my air conditioner has problems I will call them for that as well. Great company!
Excellent service from the office and Andrew. The office kept me informed on Andrew the technicians arrival time. Andrew gave me several options to resolve my problem to see which one would work best for me, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. Explaining everything to me.
We contacted General Plumbing to have a bent and leaking exterior faucet repaired. Phil arrived on schedule and was both courteous and professional. The repair of that faucet was quick but very well done.
I asked him to fix a second problem caused during the install of a new bathtub on the same day which broke off the overflow drain pipe and the new tub drain didn't align properly with the drain pipe beneath. He was not only able to fix that but also found and fixed an even bigger problem with the drain from it's original installation which was why the tub never drained properly. He even assisted me in reinstalling the tub into position (an almost 300 lb cast iron beast) to complete the installation of the new drain pipe for the tub. Everything is now 100% and I'm highly confident it will remain so thanks to Phil's tenacity and professionalism solving these problems for us.

Excellent company, two Andrews showed up to provide service. Very professional and efficient. Provided us with a competent way to quickly find our water leak in the yard and repair it. After the repair they hung around to make sure everything was secure and the problem was eradicated. Highly recommend this company. Office phone is answered by two well informed ladies who know the business and our very helpful also. Nothing negative to report.
