Very Pleased with the work that Julio did at my home. Friendly, curteous and prompt.
My wife called General Plumbing based on a recommendation from our condo maintenance director as we had several items to attend to and/or replace. Phil Turek arrived right on time, could not have been friendlier and got right to work (after putting on little paper slippers over his shoes to protect our hardwood floors ---- very nice touch!). He explained everything very clearly, including the maintenance contract that seemed like a great idea, and was very professional. Hopefully we won't have many plumbing problems, but when we do, will look forward to Phil's friendly face again.

From calling and speaking to Amy to schedule through Josh and Mike completing our project, General Plumbing is a pleasure to work with. They try to accommodate our schedule and their pricing is fair, also. I am the Maintenance Director for an 132 unit condominium and I recommend General Plumbing to my owners because how they treat us as a customer.
We received outstanding service and a quick and efficient diagnosis of our air conditioning problem. Our technician - Mike C did a superb repair and upgrading job. We would have him back at any time, he really knew his job.

It was a difficult job on a Sunday (also nasty plugged up toilet) and Julio solved the problem. (It wasn't cheap)

It is nice to see professionalism at its best. I was prepared to cut open a wall and ruin the wallpaper in a unit, but Julio pointed out there could be an easier solution. Very pleased with him and they should strive to keep him as an employee, because I know how hard it is to get good employees these days.
