Prompt, professional service. Andrew D. was meticulous in his work, efficient, clean, and polite. He put everything back in its place and made sure to ask if there was anything else that I needed before he left. I would recommend General Plumbing and Andrew D. And would certainly call them again.
Nothing but good to say about General Plumbing and Jose. They responded ASAP and within a couple of hours of calling, my kitchen sink was unclogged and I was able to do laundry! Will definitely call again in the future.
Excellent knowledge, and attention to detail. We've used Phil from General Plumbing for years. Now we are under-going a major renovation of the master bath and he is doing an incredible job. The entire staff at General Plumbing is great and super helpful.

Wow what great experience in home repairs by General Plumbing. Office staff was very helpful & field Rep. Phil Jurek was highly knowledgeable & very honest right up front. Pricing was very reasonable & we will definitely be calling General for any future repairs. I would very highly recommend General Plumbing to anyone needing home repairs. Very happy with how General Plumbing conducted business. I called in the early morning and by lunch they had a technician on site. Communication was 5 star. They followed up after job was completed. Technician was to the point and honest.
Josh was a wonderful guy. A pro! Expensive work, but he is stellar.
Jose Crespo was our technician. He was honest in giving me the option to buy a new dishwasher. I declined. (I do not think it would have been of any profit to him had I done so.) His technical work was quick (15-20 minutes) and effective. I suggested we check to make sure the dishwasher was working well after his work. It was. He did not tell me in advance what his repair would cost. And I forgot to ask him. It was $169. I did not complain because it was no longer a valid issue. But I found that charge excessive.
Excellent and personable service by servicemen and customer service. Phil did a great job. Had two separate jobs done by them and both went smoothly and helpful. Highly recommend!
