The team at General Plumbing and Air are great with super quick response. Colin the field tech was professional and friendly, he came out to clear some drainage lines for me and he let me know the cost upfront prior to starting the work. He knew exactly what he was doing and completed the job quickly an professionally and cleaned up after he was done. I would highly recommend using General Plumbing and Air Conditioning to anyone
Great customer service, the people I spoke on the phone with was very friendly. I think I spoke to two people, either Amy or Tracy but they were both great. Colin was the field personnel that came and fixed our leaking toilet, he was really cool and efficient. Overall everything was great, would definitely recommend.
Great company! We needed work done quickly, they got us in the very next day. Tech showed up on time and was very helpful. Tracy was super nice and very quick at getting us the proper paperwork we needed for our insurance. Highly recommend!
