My Absolute Personal "Abby Stamp of Approval"!!! I highly recommend General Plumbing and Air Conditioning on every level from the first call I made with Amy, and then later with Tracy, to the onsite visit and repairs made by Andrew. A solid Team! I am a single mother with kids and as with any area that I am not completely knowledgeable in, I want to go through extra careful background searches to assure I receive the best service that is in my best interest. Both Amy and Tracy were attentive to my sense of urgency and needs concerning both my AC and my Water Heater. They dispatched Andrew, who happens to have certifications in both AC and Plumbing, able to assess all my needs in one visit. Andrew clarified all options of repairs, to include the pros and cons of each, to help meet my budget. Tuns out, he was able to re-light my old water heater, and it turned out my AC air blower was able to be replaced under warranty. General Plumbing and Air Conditioning also maintains phenominal history. They had records of the AC unit back when my Uncle lived here in 2013! I highly recommend this team. They are now my GO TO Peace of Mind for my AC, Water Heater and any future Plumbing issues.

Our Company had some kitchen problems and we had 2 plumbers from General Plumbing come out and service our needs and both we very polite and got got the job done. They did a fabulous job and clean up after the job was done. Both Andrew & Colin are welcome to do our repairs at any time. Thank you!
