Being a first time business owner this was prob the best experience I had! Todd was not only professional but made my clean feel comfortable while he was here. Which is so important to me. The task at hand was far from easy but I haven't had an issue since. Literally stayed until it was fixed! I will only ask for Todd… literally a hero in my boutique!
I called General Plumbing and Air Conditioning on Sunday evening because my AC suddenly stopped working. They sent their tech out immediately and he solved the problem within the hour. They delivered 5 star service at a very fair price. I highly recommend that you use General Plumbing and Air Conditioning.
Kenyell was very professional and personable. He did great work and even cleaned up after he left. I would definitely recommend General Plumbing in the future and use them again.
We had AC unit that was not cooling properly. General AC sent Derrick who did everything we asked and more. He was professional and prompt. With a recharge of Refrigeration the room is cooling perfectly. We are considering entering into s service contact for the entire house and will use General plumbing and Derrick.
