Great company! We needed work done quickly, they got us in the very next day. Tech showed up on time and was very helpful. Tracy was super nice and very quick at getting us the proper paperwork we needed for our insurance. Highly recommend!

General Plumbing was fast, professional and efficient in scheduling and dispatching. Colin, the field representative, was as professional and courteous as one could be. He diagnosed and explained the problems and repaired them without hesitation and with full confidence in what he was doing. A great experience.
Josh is a competent and thoughtful pro. There is nothing better than a pro with specific ideas as solutions. Josh follows through! That's hard to beat.
I called them and literally within 20 minutes someone was at my house I have never used this company before. Show him the issue said no problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. I was helped by Jose. He was very polite friendly and wasted no time getting the job done. Won't be using any other company in the future.
