We had several plumbing issues and contacted general plumbing. The office staff was very nice and helpful. We were lucky enough to have Ken M. sent to our home to do the work. Ken was right on time, and is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He provided detailed notes as to what needed to be done. When he did the work everything was left clean and orderly. One word to describe Ken is "AWESOME".
