Kenyell arrived on a short notice call to clear a vanity drain that had been slow draining and finally would not drain at all. He was on time and very polite and friendly. He got to work right away and got the job done fast and also left the workspace clean and dry! I highly recommend General Plumbing and if I ever need services again I hope I get Kenyell! Kenyell is terrific, and we make special requests for his services. He is super- experienced, explains the problem in detail, and is enjoyable to deal with. It is almost a pleasure to have something break because Kenyell is so reliable, and fixes the problem promptly. He is the human opposite of pandemic-based supple chain problems!
Josh did a fantastic job fixing the shower. He not only replaced the valve but fixed the plumbing that was done incorrectly when the shower was remodeled. Professional, friendly and on-time.
