Called General Plumbing & AC to have them come take a look at a blockage we had in our toilet that we couldn't get ourselves. From the people we talked to on the phone, to the technician Damian it was a great experience. They listened to what we needed, set us up with a same-day appointment, and the technician Damian arrived well within the time window. Damian was very professional and did his best to deal with a blockage that was harder to get rid of than normal. He was very pleasant to talk to and answered all of our questions. 5/5 stars would recommend and use their services again.
I received excellent service from Josh and his apprentice John today.
There was a pipe that I realized had a leak in it underneath my house.
Although it was extremely hot today and not the easiest place to get to, he got it done!
