The building's drain line clogged somewhere and backed up into our unit. Nick worked hard and used about 70 feet of cable to effect the repair. He did a great job and kept his sense of humor while pushing this clog away. He cleaned up and left the job site much better than he found it. I really appreciate his work. He represents the company well.
The problem however showed up again within two weeks. Everything is backed up again and there is a mess all over. I am asking the association to follow up on Nick's recommendation (and that of the person who came out a year ago) to have a camera inserted in the drain pipes to find what is causing this problem.

Called company and within 2 hours of call Ken was there. He was professional and patient and answered all my questions. I had a toilet overflow due to a blockage in main drain and also had a restoration company there at the same time. Ken was very professional and worked in tandem with the other guy so they both could get their work done. Very happy with the service. It was expensive $820 and don't have a point of reference, so this may not be a "con", but rather the going rate for this type of service. Not sure bc I never had to call a plumber before. I am very happy they were able to come within hours, so as they say "you get what you pay for" and I am very happy to be able
to shower and use the toilets again within hours. Thanks Ken!
