I met Zach on site who was here to Re insulate an air conditioning refrigerant line located above the ceiling. He was very knowledgeable and was able to pin point the exact cause of why the condensation line was leaking. He completed the repair very skillfully. Zach had performed work in our hi rise while employed with a different company. He was able to diagnose and repair a very difficult ac wiring issue. I was thrilled to know that he would be back in our building using his skills and provide exceptional services on behalf of General Plumbing and AC.

We had a pipe burst in our kitchen, and we needed someone FAST. Todd from General Plumbing came out and did a fantastic job identifying the leak, assessing it, and repairing it. If this has happened to you, you know it's extremely stressful seeing your kitchen get flooded, and for his part, Todd made it super easy and we know we got a great repair. Would definitely use them again if I need them.
Amy answered the phone just after 9 a.m. Josh was out within the hour and even tho' he had to go get parts the job was done by 11 !

Water heater needed replaced. Our journeyman plumber Todd Moore removed old water heater heater and installed new one which required more then normal work because of a small water leak which required rerouting existing pipe. I would recommend General Plumbing and AC on any future work. Steve H
Best company. Second time using. Called regarding having no hot water with a tankless water heater. Technician arrived within 30 minutes. Todd is great. He diagnosed the issue & had it up & running within minutes but stayed long enough to ensure it would continue working. Maintenance membership is well worth it.
