Josh did a fantastic job fixing the shower. He not only replaced the valve but fixed the plumbing that was done incorrectly when the shower was remodeled. Professional, friendly and on-time.

General is super professional, polite, and responsive. We had an issue and Colin was sent immediately and diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Colin was respectful of our home, patient with our dog who wanted to be involved, and kept us in the loop with what he found and what needed to be done. There are no hidden charges or sneaky fees- straightforward pricing and everything captured on a tablet that you sign, pay, and receive a receipt immediately. Most people complain about plumbers, ourselves included, but we now have a company we would highly recommend as well as Colin!
