I can only speak of the owner himself. He made everything right with us and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. Old school: his word is his word - I appreciated his honesty and dedication to our problem and his solution.

General Plumbing is great. They have fixed underground plumbing, toilet and today they replaced corroded valves for my washing machine. Dylan K was on time, explained everything and did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

We had a leak at our water meter and after the city came out to inspect, they informed us that it was on where the house connects to the meter and as such, it was our responsibility to fix. I gave General Plumbing & AC a call as I've used them before and they've always done a great job, and they were able to dispatch Dylan right away.
He did an AMAZING job, but it was a real slog. The meter itself is in a box outside the house, but to replace the leaking pipe requires digging out around the box. The box is supposed to be able to be lifted out to provide access the meter and the connecting pipe, however, in our case, the box was connected to the sidewalk which prevented it from being lifted out. It was a really difficult job. In the end, Dylan was able to shift the box far enough so he could get at the connection to the meter, but it was VERY tight and difficult.
Dylan was there for almost 8 hours, but was able to fix it and for that, –I am extremely grateful! He's polite and pleasant and I highly recommend him!
Kenyell did a great job, once again, in an emergent situation before the Thanksgiving holiday with unclogging a very backed up kitchen sink.
