Colin did an excellent job- was very informative and competent. I have a contract with this company- they have already installed a water heater and I was very happy with that. Also they are very easy to contact. Always answer the phones.

Mays came early and was skilled and efficient. He completed a one story home USA Agreement plumbing inspection and flushed the gas water heater all within two hours with no mess. Great work and great service.

We had a water heater that was old and rusted. I called several companies. The only one who sounded like this issue mattered was General Plumbing. From the first contact, nothing but professional attitude with a very friendly demeanor.
The day of our appointment, they called to say the technician was running late, this I knew was a real company! He actually arrived on time.
Colin was very forthcoming. He showed me several options that we could take. From that point, he worked in a hot garage non stop until he was done. He then took lunch and checked out the rest of our newly aquired 20 year old house. Colin was super professional. Despite my offering him water regularly, he declined.

In this day when no one cares, General Plumbing does! They show up on time and communicate very effectively. I highly recommend this company.
We have hot water and he also repaired a shower valve that would only put out cold water. 10 out of 10 service, I cannot praise this company enough!!

Matt has come to our facility a few times for service calls. He's knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. He has resolved the issues each time he has been out. This company is timely and effectively communicates. We always receive a call to know when the tech will be out.
