We had a leak at our water meter and after the city came out to inspect, they informed us that it was on where the house connects to the meter and as such, it was our responsibility to fix. I gave General Plumbing & AC a call as I've used them before and they've always done a great job, and they were able to dispatch Dylan right away.
He did an AMAZING job, but it was a real slog. The meter itself is in a box outside the house, but to replace the leaking pipe requires digging out around the box. The box is supposed to be able to be lifted out to provide access the meter and the connecting pipe, however, in our case, the box was connected to the sidewalk which prevented it from being lifted out. It was a really difficult job. In the end, Dylan was able to shift the box far enough so he could get at the connection to the meter, but it was VERY tight and difficult.
Dylan was there for almost 8 hours, but was able to fix it and for that, –I am extremely grateful! He's polite and pleasant and I highly recommend him!
Kenyell did a great job, once again, in an emergent situation before the Thanksgiving holiday with unclogging a very backed up kitchen sink.
Kenyell did a great job. He was very honest about what needed fixing and what didn't and took the time to show me what needed repair. I would highly recommend his services if you are looking for an honest repairman knows his stuff.

Josh and Nick did a wonderful job at the house during my annual inspection. Plus, Josh figured out a peculiar issue (a sound in the wall) that has been going on for quite some time and got it resolved.
