We had a plumbing emergency today where the hose bib internal pipe completely broke - water everywhere General plumbing was recommended to me by a family friend and they did not disappoint. Quick and efficient, professional and the job was clean. I'm 8.5 months pregnant so this was the last thing I needed on my plate ????.

Older house with many old fixtures. Phil found replacements for hot water tank 10+ years old & replaced odd size sink, reset toilet, and replaced many faucets and replaced an outside secondary cutoff valve & faucet, over 50 years old. Difficult work. Done well & timely. 2017
More work about a year later. Ken Mickelsen replaced valves on another toilet and fixed senior toilet seat to a regular seat. Difficult work. Done well & timely. 2018
Another year later, Andrew Adams replaced the kitchen sink valve assembly and replaced several outside faucets and adjusted the inside workings of a toilet that become loose. Difficult work. Done well & timely. 2019
Kenyell did annual inspection last year 2021. All was OK. He noted I should keep watch as house was holder and most anything could happen. Some minor some bigger. To get fixed anything out of the ordinary.
Nick fixed broken tub drain valve June 2022 which had been fixed many years ago by another company. Drain was just too old to easily repair and would break again. I asked it be left open as I could use an in tub stopper as needed. Tub and drain are from 1959.
Todd M did annual inspection of all plumbing fixtures inside and outside. All OK but for a hose frozen on outside faucet. Chlorine in water reacted with aluminum of hose and brass of faucet to weld the two together. Replacement was done. He made recommendations as to septic tank maintenance. He made recommendations as to future replacements of various appliance hoses and plumbing valves. He noted especially washing machine rubber hoses and high water pressure from the water mains. He had cleared a kitchen septic tank blockage about in September 2021. My house has 2 septic tanks.
All went well again for new year. 2025 by Dylan
Service fell outside the time frame, but communication was timely & the service guy was professional. Bit more money than I expected, but I needed the work done.
