I highly recommend services from General Plumbing and to make a special request for a technician named Adel T. He was very polite, professional and courteous. He even wore scrub shoes to avoid staining the white tile floors in my apartment which I truly appreciate. He worked efficiently and respectfully informed us how to prevent future mishaps. If I have any future plumbing issues, which hopefully I won't, at least I'll know who to call. Thank you, Adel!
General Plumbing is the best. No ifs, ands, or buts. They do a great job without the mess other plumbers like to do. Having had a bad experience with one of the bigger, do everything under the sun, companies ... cough ECM. You understand what a gem this company is and why properly trained service techs. like Julio should be given proper credit. If you have a plumbing problem its a no brainer.
Very good work done so fast....arrived less than 30 minutes after I spoke with Amy at Stokes mechanical! The two techs solved the problem plus thoroughly checked the A/C. ???? John with Stokes checked and found an extra trap, so he turned the U upside down plus added a vent to improve the rate of water evacuation. Seems he solved a long-standing problem.
It's Sunday and Julio came over to check our plumbing problem. The service was excellent, over the top! Julio was not only able to take care of all our plumbing needs but was professional and courteous and we were very satisfied with the work. The company is very fortunate to have Julio on their team.

When the meter at my home was replaced by the City of Lake Worth, debris clogged the plumbing. I only had a trickle of cold water and no hot. The installers were unable to pinpoint the problem, and lucky for me, General Plumbing was called to the rescue. Altogether It took a considerable amount of time to diagnose, find, and fix the problems, as it was a daunting and complicated chore. I am most thankful to Amy and Tracy for coordinating the service calls, working me in as a priority. Ken has an amazing knowledge of plumbing and his comprehension of the issues enabled them to be resolved. Cody, on a hot summer day, went under my house to find and repair a problem beneath the kitchen. It took a while and he persevered, emerging dirty but cheerful, and with a smile. I am most grateful to have had this team on my side. They are definitely, without a doubt, the "A TEAM."
Julio did a stellar job identifying my problem and explained what my alternatives were to correct the situation. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the correct approach to clean my sewer line.

In an era of Surly service and missed appointments it was refreshing and gratifying to do business with General Plumbing. Their service was exemplary and their personnel could not have been more professional and courteous beginning with Tracy and Amy and ending with Phil. My experience was one both unexpected and rewarding as my Plumbing problem was extensive and unexpected, yet it was completed in a timely and professional manner I cannot speak highly enough about General Plumbing. Being in the service business myself I can fully appreciate the effort made on my behalf. I highly recommend that anyone seeking a plumber give this firm a chance. They will not be disappointed.
