General is super professional, polite, and responsive. We had an issue and Colin was sent immediately and diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Colin was respectful of our home, patient with our dog who wanted to be involved, and kept us in the loop with what he found and what needed to be done. There are no hidden charges or sneaky fees- straightforward pricing and everything captured on a tablet that you sign, pay, and receive a receipt immediately. Most people complain about plumbers, ourselves included, but we now have a company we would highly recommend as well as Colin!
Colin was on time and had a great attitude. He was polite and courteous, I didn't feel rushed he explained each charge and what he fixed.

Kenyell was fantastic today! I've had a pesky leak in my lab sink and he was professional, on time, and incredibly knowledgeable about getting it fixed. He even took extra time to explain to me what was broken, how he fixed it, and best moves for me moving forward to ensure I can get full use of the sink. His fix will improve my day job immensely and I'm grateful. The positive attitude he brought to my Friday morning was an added bonus! I highly recommend Kenyell.
