Nick the plumbing technician was excellent. He did a thorough inspection of the plumbing issue that I am facing . He was also very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered every question I asked.
What started out to be a simple drain clearing morphed into many unforeseen/hidden problems in dealing with an old house! Joey dealt with each problem professionally and calmly I might add even with a sense of humor!!! With a few laughs along the way…In the end with his never give up attitude all was cleared fixed and repaired!!!
