This gentleman is very efficient in details regarding the cost and what was required to repair my problem. He asked permission to proceed with the additional unexpected cost before he bought extra materials so i was not surprised at the bill.He explained why this was necessary and showed the evidence of the need for the added material.

As builders we require immediate response from our trade partners. The staff at General Plumbing and A/C is always friendly and on point, if they need to call back they do; they never leave you waiting, either with a phone call or email until the message has been received. Communication with them is unbelievable!
