I've used this company twice now and there is a reason for that. I'm a homeowner and a dad to two kids. not a lot of free time to fix things around the house. Nick the plumbing technician was excellent. He did a thorough inspection of the plumbing issue that I am facing . He was also very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered every question I asked.
What started out to be a simple drain clearing morphed into many unforeseen/hidden problems in dealing with an old house! Joey dealt with each problem professionally and calmly I might add even with a sense of humor!!! With a few laughs along the way…In the end with his never give up attitude all was cleared fixed and repaired!!!
I had an air conditioning leak late Friday with 3 grandkids at the house. Had to shut off the air conditioning and house got hot. Called Joe and he was there in 15 minutes. Got up to the second story a/c unit and in 10 minutes he fixed the leak. A true gentleman. Joe, you are great!! Thx buddy…… So Zachary came by to handle our semi annual a/c maintenance. Showed up exactly at 9am like a clock. cleaned and replaced filters and handled everything totally professional. Unfortunately , he had to be the bearer of bad news as one of our units was frozen up and that could cost some bucks. Regardless, Zachary is a true professional and handled everything well.
