Where to begin….. with Amy scheduling my appointment , she was super nice ……to CJ the technician.. he was on time, took the time to listen to the issue, he examined & was able to explain what needed to be done in a way I could understand. CJ was very polite & knowledgeable, expect a great job with attention to detail & confidence.

Thanks General Plumbing for sending Kenyell to our office today for our Annual Inspection and backflow testing for the City of WPB. As his is norm, Kenyell was punctual (uncommon today) and very thorough. Today when he did our Annual inspection, he didn't miss a thing. He gave me the heads up on our aging water heater and tips for identifying signs of its possible failure. Kenyell is always friendly, professional and an excellent plumber! General Plumbing is lucky to have him on their team!!
