Great job, it was a bigger job than I was expecting it to be but they took their time and didn't seem annoyed by the extra effort. I've used them before and I'd definitely use them again. Super friendly and helpful ????
I've never had an issue replacing or repairing the inner workings of a toilet tank, until recently. I spent nearly 3 days trying to fix something that was quite alien to me, never having seen what is inside one of our 3 toilet tanks. I did what I could, failing miserably and resigned myself to the fact that I needed a professional.
Checking out Plumbers in the area and reading dozens of reviews, I gave General Plumbing & Air Conditioning a call. The phone was answered by Sarah, a very impressive AI bot. I gave her all of my preliminary information and waited. It was late in the afternoon and I stated it was not an emergency. My return call came first thing the next morning from Candice, a lovely woman who was sympathetic to my problem and able to get me closer to a working toilet.
Just over an hour later, I had two technicians, Damian and Jossen, at my door ready to evaluate the problem with my toilet and the best way to fix it. An hour and a half later I once again had a fully flushable toilet with no leaks!
Everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Service was fast, even though my problem was not an emergency. I will definitely call them again should I have any more plumbing needs that I can't handle myself.

I shared a review that was a bit harsh. After the company sent someone out to research my problem further, I realized that I was being impatient. I was frustrated and it lead to misdirected anger. General Plumbing satisfied all my needs and completed the task at hand. I had a complicated situation and General Plumbing did not stop until the problem was solved. Please, give General Plumbing a chance, you will see that they will satisfy all of your Plumbing needs. I had 2 other companies that just gave up after being unable to solve the problem. There was a knocking sound. I no longer hear that! Great Job General Plumbing, I will definitely use this service going forward. I have already referred them to my neighbor, who is also satisfied!
