HVAC Service Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a HVAC Service Technician to join our team to assist in providing Red Carpet Service! You will be responsible for assessing clients’ HVAC needs, presenting solutions and recommendations, selling needed and/or recommended services, repairing or installing materials and equipment and providing service maintenance inspections.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and present customer with solutions to their HVAC issues
- Provide information about products and services offered including pricing options
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Install, repair or replace HVAC materials and equipment
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services
- Communicate with office support staff and managers to provide Red Carpet Service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the HVAC trades including commercial and residential applications
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and problem solve
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to learn and use software such as iPad and web applications
Nice to have position requirements
- Bi-lingual
- Previous experience in customer service, sales
