Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team to assist in providing Red Carpet Service! You will be responsible for taking calls from clients with plumbing/HVAC needs, booking and scheduling calls, coordinating service with technicians in the field, arranging for service maintenance inspections at regular intervals, data entry and more.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Monitor preventative maintenance contracts and schedule service at specified intervals
- Provide support for office tasks as related to business operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and problem solve
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Forms, Computer savvy
Nice to have position requirements
- Social media, Graphic design, or Marketing experience
- Bi-lingual
