Julio Gonzales came to replace a cracked tank on a toilet and immediately saw that it the mfr should replace it. He got on the phone and arranged for that but it would take a few days. We told him we had house guests coming for a week and arriving that day. He then made other calls and replaced our tank within an hour --working out the rather complicated logistics with the mfr and others. He went the extra mile to make sure we're not inconvenienced at all. Thank You again, Julio.!

Julio arrived on time, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Patient, explained everything in detail. Clean, wore shoe covers every time he exited and entered the house.
